Terms of Service

GainBridge (“GainBridge”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered in Cameroon under [RCCM / REGISTRATION NUMBER], with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Regulatory status: [LICENCE / AUTHORISATION DETAILS, e.g. COSUMAF, IF REQUIRED].

By creating an account or investing, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• You must use a mobile money account registered in your own name.
• Some plans require identity verification (KYC) before you can invest. We may request it for any account at any time.
• You may hold only one account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

Keep your password and two-factor codes secret. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised. Payouts are sent to the mobile money number on your profile; changing it notifies you by email and in the app.

• You choose a plan and an amount within that plan’s limits, then pay with mobile money through our payment partner, Fapshi.
• Your investment becomes active when the payment is confirmed. Pooled capital is deployed as working capital to businesses selected by GainBridge.
• Each plan shows a monthly return rate and a monthly commission rate. The rates in force when you create your investment are locked in and do not change for that investment unless we notify you in advance.
• Earnings accrue daily (one thirtieth of the monthly rate per day).
• Commission can be withdrawn to your mobile money account every Saturday and Sunday (Cameroon time), in whole francs, once it reaches at least 100 XAF. Commission you do not withdraw stays in your account.
• The return is not paid out separately: it builds up for the whole term of your plan and is paid together with your capital when the term ends.
• Displayed earnings and projections are not a promise of future results.

• When your plan’s term ends you can withdraw your capital from your dashboard. You receive your capital, the return and any commission you have not withdrawn, rounded down to whole francs.
• Your capital cannot be withdrawn before the term of your plan ends.
• Withdrawals may require review by our finance team before they are paid. Mobile money operators may charge their own fees.

You must not use GainBridge for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or with funds that are not yours. We may report suspicious activity to the competent authorities as the law requires.

We may suspend or close an account to comply with the law, to protect users, or if these Terms are breached. When an account is closed, we will return any balance due to you, less amounts we are legally required to withhold.

Investing carries risk and you may lose money. Except where the law does not allow it, GainBridge is not liable for losses resulting from the performance of the businesses financed, from outages of mobile money networks or our payment partner, or from events outside our reasonable control. We may update these Terms. We will notify you in the app or by email before material changes take effect. Rates already locked into your investments are not affected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Disputes go first to our support team; unresolved disputes are submitted to [COMPETENT COURT / ARBITRATION].
