Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Your capital is at risk. Returns are not guaranteed. Only invest money you can afford to lose and do not need at short notice.
Business risk
Your money finances the working capital of businesses. A business may pay late or not at all, which can reduce or delay returns and, in a serious case, cause loss of principal.
Returns are not guaranteed
The monthly rates shown are what GainBridge expects to pay on new investments. Past payments do not predict future results. Projections in the app are illustrations, not promises.
Liquidity and lock-in
Your capital and the return are locked for the whole term of your plan and are paid out only when it ends; leaving early may be refused or may carry a penalty. Commission can be withdrawn only on the days shown on the site. Withdrawals may be reviewed before they are paid and depend on mobile money networks being available.
Not a bank deposit
A GainBridge investment is not a bank savings account and is not covered by a deposit-guarantee scheme. [STATE ANY INVESTOR-PROTECTION ARRANGEMENT, OR CONFIRM THERE IS NONE]
Payment and operational risk
Payments and payouts depend on our payment partner (Fapshi) and mobile money operators. Outages, errors or fraud at those providers can delay transfers. Keep your account secure and turn on two-factor authentication.
Regulatory risk
Changes in law or regulation in Cameroon or the CEMAC region could affect how GainBridge operates or the returns it can offer.
Concentration
Do not put all your savings into a single investment. Spreading your money across different types of investments reduces risk.
