• Identity and contact: full name, email address, mobile money number.
• Verification (KYC): the identity document you upload and the outcome of our review.
• Financial: your investments, payments, payouts and withdrawals, including references from our payment partner.
• Security and usage: sign-in sessions, IP addresses, device/browser type, and two-factor settings.
• Waitlist: the email address you leave on our launch page.

• To open and run your account and your investments, and to pay you.
• To verify your identity and meet anti-money-laundering and other legal obligations.
• To keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and investigate disputes.
• To send you service messages (payments, payouts, security alerts) and, if you asked, launch news.

• Fapshi, our mobile money payment partner, to collect payments and send payouts.
• Hosting and email providers that run our service on our behalf ([e.g. Vercel, Contabo, EMAIL PROVIDER]), under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is open and then for [RETENTION PERIOD REQUIRED BY LAW, e.g. 10 YEARS]. Identity documents are kept for [KYC RETENTION PERIOD]. Waitlist emails are deleted on request or [PERIOD] after launch.

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest, identity documents are stored privately and only verification staff can open them, and every staff action is logged.
